We're implementing a committee system to make our ESNers more actively involved with our section and to help out our board members with their duties. It's a requirement that all of our members to take part in a committee.

Many hands make light work, after all. 


Event Committee:

Do you love being the OC? Do you have brilliant event ideas? If you want to help out our Event Coordinator with their duties and create many wonderful events for us then this committee is for you!

The Event Committee is an ideal group for those who are passionate, creative, and enjoy helping others. This committee is in charge of planning and organizing all events and helping with the projects for the fall and spring semesters, involving plenty of brainstorming and collaboration. Each month, the committee creates a calendar of events that encourage cultural exchange, inclusivity, and fun. Our goal is to ensure that all events are welcoming and engaging, creating a friendly environment where all students feel involved and connected. 

 

Public Relations Committee:

Are you interested in photography, design, videos? Is social media what you live for? Look no further, this is your committee. Lend a hand to our Communications Manager! 

Public Relations (PR) Committee is responsible for creating content on our social media accounts, keeping our related announcements up to date and providing the visibility of our local section in broader way. If you're passionate about design, have experience in social media management and enjoy taking picture/videos then it's a perfect place. Knowledge of using any design platform is not required but expected. Also we will be keep in touch with our lovely Event Committee to announce our monthly events and create a monthly calendar.

 

Buddy Project Committee:

Are you naturally friendly? Is 'students helping students' the motto you follow wholeheartedly? If being a buddy to our Erasmus students is what you care for the most, this is your committee. 

The Buddy Committee is focused on our relationships with out exchange students and solving their problems. We help each other and our incoming students. Furthermore as members of Buddy Committee , we shall try to find more partnerships around Izmir to benefit from ESNcards and increase our span of locations.
